What's Been Going On?

I know it's been a minute. Here's a quick update with another soon to follow as we go to the doctor soon.

Several people have called Alex "a thinker", sleeping like this I can understand why.

Alex and Grammy. Wonder what she's saying or singing? No worries, I'll just let Alex tell me when he's 10.

"If you like it then you shoulda put a ring on it!"

Well I am so glad to say that after MONTHS of not being able to wear my wedding rings, THEY FIT AGAIN!!! This made my day!! While it was fun to wear rings given to me long ago by my parents, I'm glad to have the bling from my husband back. THANK YOU!


Another thing that I liked after having Alex was this "grabber". Being that bending over was a challenge, I knew I had seen something at my parent's house that could help. So good ol' dad sent it over. I got so good with this grabber, I could pick up a pill. SKILLZ!

Love Family and Many First

Nana, Papa, Great Grandmas, Aunts and more... It was all about visiting family this past weekend. It was also a time when Alex experienced many "first".

*First road trip to VA. He did well for the majority of the ride. He only needed some attention either an hour into the ride or an hour before we were home.

*First picture with mom (outside of the hospital)

*First sink bath...every child has to have one. Dad does such a good job!

*We got upgraded...First bath in little tub

*First time in my swing. Uhhh is Alex really sticking his tongue out at us?

*First Band Aid - given after shot at Dr's office. The doctor also said I'm 10lbs. 13.5 oz now.
