1st Easter Egg Hunt

Alex attended his FIRST (wow we still have first happening) Easter Egg Hunt in downtown Raleigh recently. I was encouraged to take him when I learned that the kids are divided up by age when picking up (cause you didn't have to search) eggs. I could just imagine my reaction if a 10 year old, pushed my child down over some plastic egg. ANYWAY! It was a beautiful day and I actually loved the location. We will revisit this large open green space this summer.

You will also notice that Alex got another haircut. Compliments of Aunt Clarice. It took a little adjusting to the shortness, but it's all good now.

He kept saying "white"

The Easter Egg Hunts were every 30 mins,
so while we waiting this little girl shared some eggs with Alex.

Yeah, no clue what he's pointing to.

Zone 1 - Kids 0-3 years old

While he waited he decided to pull grass.
He was looking at it in between his fingers

And then he put eggs in his basket.
"Eggie" as he used to say, now it's just "egg".

Mom and Alex.
As usual, he's happier than his face reveals.
