Alana

Now let's talk Alana.
She turned 4 in September, loves her family, doing gymnastics, knows what she wants, is a little bossy and loud, and likes watching YouTube videos (but nowadays what kid doesn't). She also still sucks her thumb (even though she quit for about a month), but has vowed to quit again at Christmas. She says she wants to be a dentist, a chef and a gymnast.

 Twinning with the center part

Couldn't let her miss her daddy's party, but then they left with the grandparents!

Summer time at the pool. She told me she needed to sit down and "belax".....meaning relax.

She DID NOT learn this in gymnastics. One night she came in our room, closed the door and started doing handstands on the wall. Yeah she's on her head, but it's the start. And her legs did get straight, but I was in such shock my camera skills were skewed.

Celebrating her birthday at school. We picked Alex up from his school so he could be with her and he wanted to sit right beside her as everyone sang to her. She had to sing the response "I'm 4 years old now, I'm 4 years old now........" So she's holding up 4 fingers.

We are really thankful for the relationship that Alex and Alana have. Of course they yell at each other, but they mostly play with and look out for each other. Couldn't ask for better. Pray it continues!

Later at the house..... the Wonder Woman themed party was held.
Alana consistently asked for a Wonder Woman party like 6 months before her birthday. It caught me off guard because at the time I think she only had 1 Wonder Woman shirt from her Aunt Tasha. Well it stuck and this is the party she wanted.

She likes donuts and eats the top (icing and sprinkles) first so all that stuff gets all over her face and then eats the rest. Then says "Look Mommy/Daddy/Gram" and laughs because she knows she looks A MESS.

At the fair she told Charles "I wanna ride by myself."
